Ellenhall Grange Farm has been in the Heath family for some 40 years

John Heath - John was the founder of Bertelin Farmhouse Cheese - a lifetime ambition was to make an award winning cheese, which was achieved within only 15 months of making it!
Lucy Heath - Lucy takes care of the business side of the farm and the cheese making, and being on hand to assist the team.
Tom Heath - Tom looks after the four legged ladies to ensure the milk is of the right quality to make tasty cheeses.
Debbie is the new full time addition having just graduated from Harper Adams University College, to expand the business and develop new cheeses.
Rhonda is our cheese expert as she has been with us since day one and keeps us on our toes!
Liz completes the team with her all round knowledge to help put our ideas into action.
